#viniscookbook Green chutney is simple chutney i.e. dip made using minimal ingredients coriander, green chillies, lemon juice etc. It is very refreshing. Farali chutney is basically coriander chutney made using the ingredients eaten during fasts. Onion and garlic is completely omitted. Apart from that the rock salt is used instead of regular salt to make farali chutney. The addition of yogurt gives makes it very uplifting. It teams up wonderfully with the fasting food be it sabudana ki tikiya or khichadi or kuttu ke aate ki poori.

Juice of ½ small lemon
1 green chilli, chopped
2 tbsp yogurt or thick curd
2 tbsp fresh or dessicated coconut
