Bahan-bahan: Ingredients:
1) Roti 1) Sandwich bread
2) 1 tin tuna in cili 2) 1 can tuna in chili
3) 3 biji telur 3) 3 eggs
4) mayonis 4) mayonnaise
Methods:
1) Break the eggs and beat until the eggs are slightly fluffy
2) Open a can of tuna in chili and strain out excess oil
3) Spread the mayonnaise and tuna on the sandwich bread
4)Take a piece of cheese, fold it in half. The cheese will be broken into two without having to be cut with a knife
5) Place the cheese on the right side of the bread and fold it
6) Dip/coat the sandwich bread into the beaten eggs
We can toast the tuna cheese egg in 3 different healthy ways:
1. Baked in the oven (as in the video)
2. Toast using non-stick pan (as in the video)
3. By using air fryer
