This video celebrates the passing of the Disability Discrimination Act, its context and its achievements along the road to equality. In 2010, the Equality Act combined all equality enactments including the DDA. The Equality and Human Rights Commission, as the successor body to the Disability Rights Commission, continues the journey and makes significant contributions towards the advancement of equality for disabled people.
