Note from Bev:
In 2010 the original “Halesowen ’57 song and accompanying pictures was put on YouTube and has had 10,000 views over the years.
Yet, ten years later in 2020, with more sophisticated video editing facilities available these days plus having a larger collection of Halesowen pictures, I felt that it was time to put an improved version (in my opinion anyway) on You Tube. The original 2010 version will stay on; however, I would like to add this slightly updated version. The audio of the song remains the same, but several pictures are changed.
The lyrics to the song convey thoughts on my younger days in Halesowen, where so many happy times were enjoyed.
