30 minute full body seated yoga practice with twists!
Hello Friends, Today's practice will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated and relaxed. In this full body, seated yoga practice, we move through various twisting postures to open up the bottom and top half. We linger a little longer in the last few poses to really sink deep. Some of the poses in todays practice include deer, pigeon and cat pulling tail. This class is very accessible, lowkey and grounding. All of the postures are seated until we lay down on our back towards the end of the practice. #yoga #seatedyoga #fullbodystretch
This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
