This is my Seadek experience. Product is good but the price isn't a good value. Customer service overall was sub par. There has got to be an opportunity for someone to start up a business to compete with them in terms of quality but at a much better price and better customer experience. Install was pretty easy, took about 3 1/2 hours. but dry fits took an add'l hour. total cost was about $2300. I wonder what it would have cost if I went with an authorized dealer/installer.
