How To Make Badshahi Bhetki

Ingredients:
Vetki fish 250 gm
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cornflower 1 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Onion paste 1 tbsp
Coconut paste 2 tbsp
Hung curd 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Cashew-charmagaj paste 2 tbsp
Green peas 50 gm
Salt (as per taste)
Sugar (as per taste)
Mustard oil (as needed)
Procedure:
First, marinate the pieces of vetki fish with hung curd, cornflower, flour, ginger-garlic paste and a little salt. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish till it becomes golden and set them aside. On the same pan, add onion paste in that oil. When it is slightly fried, add coconut paste, hung curd, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and cashew-charmagaj paste. Mix well and cook them on a low heat. When the oil comes out, add green peas. Stir it for a while. Then add the fish and mix them well with the spices. Now cover the pan and let it cook for a while on a low heat. After a while, remove the lid and turn off the gas or induction and serve.
