Ray Tensing, the University of Cincinnati police officer who fatally shot Samuel DuBose during a routine traffic stop, has been indicted for murder. Body cam footage has been released and shows DuBose’s actions should never have resulted in his death. Since the shooting the University of Cincinnati has suspended off-campus police stops and are examining the campus police department's policies, procedures and practices.
