This evening saw the return of Steam Dream’s evening railtour “The Sunset Steam Express” since the company was bought by Jeremy Hosking and becoming part of the LSL Division.
The tour saw the return of LMS Black 5 45231 “The Sherwood Forester” back to Southern Metals for the first time in many years.
She’s seen passing Virginia Water on the out leg of the tour heading for a booked stop at Chertsey, followed by her passing Worplesdon heading for the Surrey Hills leg of the tour, before she heads back to London Victoria.
