As per the latest news on Mirror Now, cyclonic storms followed by heavy rains due to cyclone Sitrang, left several houses damaged and trees uprooted in Assam's Nagaon district. The storm damaged several houses in the Central Assam district. There is no report of any human casualty in the storm. Several trees, electric poles were also uprooted in the storm and power lines have been down in many areas in the district.
