This one has a story. It was in this number where there is a sudden, unexpected key change in the middle of a phrase. "I only KNOW..." jumps unexpectedly a half step up. Now I had been recording for several weeks, and was paying thousands for studio time, musicians while running my business that was not profitable. People kept showing up at the studio in the middle of my singing, and though I couldn't hear them, I could see them, and it was frustrating.

After at least 10 attempts to get that one phrase I suddenly pulled out my big DIVA card, slammed my music together and said, "That's it. I'm done!"

Robert was there and as I walked into the elevator that led to the studio. I closed the doors, as "Poor Robert" had to pick up all the music and in the tense silence of the room stand and wait for the elevator. But we did get it together at the next session. Apologies all around. I realized when Adi said to me, "You know, I'm just as insecure about these arrangements," that I realized we were all in this together.
