Video from a surveillance camera captures two alleged suspects who walk down the street. Their clothing or physical descriptors are not clear from the video. The two suspects appear to be pushing an empty hand truck or dolly. When the suspects re-appear, they have an object on the dolly, believed to be the stolen statue. The suspects walk away and out of sight of the camera. Video from a surveillance camera then captures a light coloured camper van enter the screen at the top right corner of the video. The vehicle drives down the street and around a roundabout before it turns away and parks to the left of the median, partially obscured by trees.
