• All the general as well as reserved candidates are directed to appear before
office of DDE on 23.01.2019 and 24.01.201-i from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

• In case of any difficulty the candidates NA no are in the merit list as per ratio
mentioned can also appear before the of ice of DDE on 25.01.2019 from
10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Registration slip,
• CTET qualification certificate,

• All original certificates along with their ut;inal mark sheets and certificates
of 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post Graduation(wherever needed) and B.Ed(for
TGTs).

• All original certificates along with their original mark sheets and certificates
of loth, 12th, ETE/JBT/B.EI.Ed. or equivalent(for primary teacher).

• SC/ST/OBC Caste certificates(if claiming ',enefits of reservation).

• Certificate of disability issued by the Appropriate Authority(if applied in PH
category)

• Two photographs(one attested and one plain).

• Photo Identity Card
• The candidates shall also furnish one att :st ed set of the above documents to
the district office
