ప్రజా యుద్ధ నౌక గద్దర్(74) ఇకలేరు. అపోలో ఆసుపత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతూ కన్నుమూశారు. ఇటీవల గుండెపోటు రావడంతో ఆయనను హైదరాబాద్‌లోని అపోలో ఆసుపత్రిలో చేరారు. చివరికి ఆరోగ్యం విషమించి ఈరోజు తుదిశ్వాస విడిచారు.1949లో తూప్రాన్‌లో జన్మించిన గద్దర్ అసలు పేరు గుమ్మడి విఠల్ రావు. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో ఆయన కీలక పాత్ర పోషించారు. ఎన్నో పాటలతో ఉద్యమానికి ఊపిరి పోశారు. 1969 తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో చురుగ్గా పాల్గొన్నారు. ఊరూరా తిరిగి ప్రచారం చేశారు.1975లో కెనరా బ్యాంకులో క్లర్క్‌గా గద్దర్ చేరారు. తర్వాత వివాహం చేసుకున్నారు. ఆయన భార్య పేరు విమల. ఆయనకు ముగ్గురు పిల్లలు– సూర్యుడు, చంద్రుడు (2003లో అనారోగ్యంతో చనిపోయారు), వెన్నెల ఉన్నారు.మాభూమి సినిమాలో సాయుధ పోరాట యోధుడు యాదగిరి పాత్రలో నటించారు. యాదగిరి పాడిన ‘బండెనక బండి కట్టి’ అనే పాటను ఆయనే పాడి, ఆడారు. 1984 లో తన ఉద్యోగానికి రాజీనామా చేశారు. 1985లో కారంచేడులో దళితుల హత్యలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాడారు. 1997 ఏప్రిల్ 6న పోలీసులు జరిపిన కాల్పుల్లో ఆయన శరీరంలోకి బుల్లెట్లు దూసుకెళ్లాయి. ఒక బుల్లెట్ ఆయన శరీరంలో ఇప్పటికీ ఉంది.

He breathed life into the movement through many songs. Actively participated in the 1969 Telangana movement. Urura campaigned again. In 1975 Gaddar joined Canara Bank as a clerk. Later, I got married. His wife's name is Vimala. He has three children: Surya, Chandra (who died of illness in 2003), and Vennela. He played the role of an armed fighter named Yadagiri in the movie Mabhumi. He himself sang and played the song 'Bandenaka Bandi Katti, sung by Yadagiri. He resigned from his job in 1984. In 1985, he fought against the killings of Dalits in Karachedu. On April 6, 1997, the bullets entered his body during the police shooting. A bullet is still in his body.
