This long established Hill Climb is undoubtedly the ‘Jewel in the Crown’ of the Vintage Sports-Car Club’s (VSCC) year. The pinnacle of the Speed Season, this historic event takes place on the original 'Short Course' version of the Prescott track. The event draws competitors and spectators from afar to compete or watch the spectacular action on this popular hill.
Cars compete in classes for Edwardian, Vintage and Post-Vintage Racing Cars, with many historic manufactures being featured including Bugatti, Austin, Riley, GN, ERA, Frazer Nash, MG, Talbot, Vauxhall & Wolseley - amongst many others.
Prescott Speed Hill Climb is one of the world's most prestigious motor racing venues. Set in 69 acres of glorious Cotswold countryside, near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, the estate not only provides a beautiful setting for a range of classic car and bike weekends, but also hosts major motor racing championships.
The track is 1127 yards long and rises over 200 feet on a technically challenging course incorporating short straights, fast and slow corners and a breath-taking hairpin. The fastest modern racing cars completing the course in under 36 seconds!
