Aurora Weiss, INPS UN Correspondent in Vienna interviewed Hirotsugu Terasaki, Director General of Peace and Global Issues, Soka Gakkai International (SGI) at United Nations in Vienna shortly after a side event which SGI co-organized with Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan in Vienna and Center for International Security and Policy titled, “The Catastrophic Consequences of Atom Bomb Testing—A First Person’s Testimony”. It was a part of the program during the Preparatory Committee for the 2026 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) that is taking place here from 31 July to 11 August.
