Marc Jacobs' collections are always surprising and provocative. For spring, he channeled the 70's, and used bold colors and floaty fabrics to conjure up the fancy-free spirit of the decade.

To complement the clothes, make-up artist Francois Nars and hair stylist Guido Palau created equally startling styles. We went backstage before the show to talk about their take on beauty for Marc's collection. Guido's hair was big, curly and wild, while Francois paired strong shiny eyeshadow with bold matte lips.

The combination created a dramatic effect and left a lasting impression.
