I’ve been following @insideflowusa for a few years now
And couldn’t find a live class anywhere (it’s most in Europe and Asia)

I always wanted to be a contemporary dancer
Move all those deep emotions in me 😜
This practice was a missing piece in yoga for me,
Bringing in the dance, the music and the precision of every movement with a depth to each part.

Imagine my delight when I find one of my greatest friends @samanthayouniversal has a incredible yoga teacher @yoga.with.gia that just trained in InsideFlow and is teaching @youniversalyoga (20 mins for my house)

We were in the first flow and I cried,
This was so heart melting,
So tender,

I can’t wait to do more….

If you are in Florida, @yoga.with.gia has her first group class next Sunday @youniversalyoga 🧘‍♂️

She is a beautiful open hearted kind teacher also ❤️
