A year and a half ago, an “influencer” did something to me that was NOT okay…
But first - she got my hopes up!!!

She’d seen my Instagram profile and wanted me to speak at a virtual summit.

She spoke so highly about her Summit - I was so excited!!!

We started planning the details - but she had “one last question for data purposes”.

LIES!!!
Ugh - it still stings.

“How big is your email list?” she asked.
“Just over 600!” I proudly exclaimed.
“Ohhhhh, sweetie. I’m so sorry…. This is only for people with email lists of over 5000…. So sorry!”

I didn’t know what to say….
My feelings were so hurt.

And I determined in my mind two things:

I would never ever do ANY summit that had a minimum email list size.
I was going to grow my list. FAST.

So I did.
And today my email list is at 26,000 - but that’s not what matters to me….

What matters to me is that I care for you guys. I love sending you nurturing emails and delivering value.
