CHOCOLATE TAKEAWAYS
Ingredients
• Whipped cream 1 cup
• Chocolate ganache ½ cup
• Chocolate cake left overs ½ cup
• Disposable glasses or tins 8
• Chocolate syrup as required
• Chocolate chips 20g
Method
In a bowl whip cream with chocolate ganache fill in a pipping bag and set aside. Now in lined cups add in crushed chocolate cake, add the cream. Syrup then again repeat the process top if off with chocolate chips. And serve cold. Add extra toppings on top if needed.

FLORINTINE CHICKEN WITH SPINACH
Ingredients
• Chicken Fillets 2
• Mustard 1 tsp
• Soy sauce 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• White p ½ tsp
• Crushed red chilli ½ tsp
• Spinach 1 cup
• Garlic chopped ½ tsp
• Milk ½ cup
• Cream ¼ cup
• Chicken powder or cube 1
• Oregano ½ tsp
• White pepper 1 tsp
• Salt as required
• Orange juice 2 tbsp
• Crushed red chillies ½ tsp
Method
In a pan marinate chicken with mustard, soy, salt, white pepper and crushed red chillies.
In a sauce pan make sauce with garlic, spinach, milk, cream, chicken powder, oregano, white pepper, orange juice and red crushed chillies. Serve with chicken and side line of your choice.
