🍎☘️ Ingredients:
~ 4 Tbsp soft Butter
~ 1/2 Cup Sugar
~ 1 Egg
~ 2-4 Apples-chopped or diced
~ 1/2 Cup Walnuts
~ 1 tsp Vanilla
~ 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
~ 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
~ 1/2 tsp Salt
~ 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
~ 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
~ 1 Cup AP Flour
🍎 Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 inch cake pan or cast iron skillet on parchment paper for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
🍎 NOTE! The batter is very thick & chunky!
