This is my initial review of the Neewer 25mm f1.8 manual focus lens. This is a super cheap lens, costing me £44.99! It's lightweight, small and very easy to use. It also sits very nicely on the Fujifilm X-E1, which is the camera I've been using it with.

I give my initial thoughts after using it for a couple of days, and show a few sample photos to give you some understanding as to how this lens performs.

It's like a vintage lens, and performs well in the right circumstances. The drawback to this lens is the amount of lens flare you get when you point it into the sun or bright lights. However, this is to be expected for this kind of lens.
