Aam panna is one of the best, healthy and refreshing summer special drink which is full of minerals and vitamins. Aam panna concentrate is very easy to make at home with raw mangoes, sugar or jaggery, mint and some spices.
It is one time recipe and can be refrigerated for a month in a glass container.
In this video I am sharing how to make two flavourful aam panna concentrate. One is khatta meetha aam panna and the other is pudina aam panna and the third one goes with twist.

Khatta Meetha Aam Panna Ingredients-
1. Raw Mango - 500 gms
2. Sugar - 1.5 cups
3. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
4. Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
5. Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
6. Table Salt - 1 tsp
Pudina Aam Panna Ingredients-
1. Raw Mango - 500 gms
2. Sugar - 1.5 cups
3. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
4. Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
5. Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
6. Table Salt - 1 tsp
7. Mint leaves - 20-25 gms
