After narrowing the VW Bus torsion bar housing, I wanted to also upgrade to a VW Bus IRS conversion. I grabbed some VW Beetle trailing arms that actually came off of my VW Beetle (Eleanore) a couple years ago and mounted them on the VW Bus with a (modified by me) VW IRS jig intended for Beetles with some aftermarket VW IRS pivots. It fit together quite well, it was only difficult getting my body under the VW Bus to make the cuts and do the welds. It came out nicely!
