The growth of rural tourism is key to economic development. That's according to the MEC for Economic Development in KwaZulu-Natal Musa Zondi. The provincial government launched the Summer Season for the festive period at KwaXolo, on the Province's south coast. The launch aims to enhance both international and domestic travel as well as to boost rural tourism. The South Coast also boasts seven Blue Flag beaches in the province.
