Didn't expect to finish this in literally two runs. First run Aegis and Jon helped me familiarize myself with the how-to's of this lowman. The second run we got it done. Actually very chill lowman experience if you are looking to get into lowmanning of some sort. If you're going for this and you don't just want the RR tag (aka you want the flawless shader as well), make sure to not do my role in the first encounter (getting booted when picking up voltaic overflow at the end of the encounter). You'll want to either pick up voltaic overflow in first or second room instead. The person in third room is the one to get booted to orbit. I'll give a brief description of encounters below.
Evade:
Probably the most "difficult" encounter in this lowman. It can be tricky just for the reason that you need to kill adds quickly. This is especially true for the first room. Start off by sending two people immediately into second room. Have the person staying in first room (w/ boss) kill the hobgoblins to the right of the door and the cyclops. The two people going to second room should kill all adds as quickly as possible and get ready to connect to the door. There are several spots the node can spawn so you'll just have to get used to which spots to stand. After you kill all adds in second room, the person picking up voltaic overflow in first room should be making his way over. Kill the angelic that spawns, shoot the node, then tether to the door. The key here is to open the door before the boss spawns another voltaic overflow (open door before it says the little text blurb in the bottom left). After that, 1 new person stays in the second room and two people move on to the third room. The same exact thing is done here. Open the door and finally the last person who needs to pick up voltaic overflow stays in third room and the other players move the fourth room. Note that if you are the player "babysitting" or picking up the voltaic overflow, you should pick up the voltaic overflow and immediately meet up with your teammates in the next room (the room they are clearing adds in). Finally, do the final tether and then just wait until the final door opens. You should do one tether in this final room and then leave the other two. You wait here for people's timers to run. When the door opens, the third person who babysat the boss should be ready to get booted from the game. Simply jump over the voltaic overflow and have the fireteam lead boot you from the team right as you start descending. Rejoin and encounter done. (Other teammates will pick up second and third voltaic overflow).
Summon:
This can be another "annoying" encounter as there is some RNG in play. Assign team into 3 roles. Floater (1-2/this was me), Runner, and follower. Start by sending the runner down the left hallway to relay number 2. Floater and follower stay at number 1, clear adds, clear angelic and buff up. Once buffed at one floater stays, and follower goes to relay 2 and meets the runner. They buff at this relay and then follower comes back to rebuff at 1 with the floater. While doing this, the runner heads to relay 3 and after rebuffing, the follower will start heading to relay 3 to meet the runner there. While doing this the rest of the encounter for floater is juggling between relay's 1 and 2 and clearing adds. To help with this just stay by the teleporter. Next for the follower and the runner, they buff at relay 3 and the runner heads to relay 4. While doing this the follower heads to relay 2 and meets the floater to rebuff there. Then the follower heads to relay 4 to relay and "turn on" the final relay. Once this is done you wait for angelics call them out and depending on where they are, your teammate can cover a second relay for you. For example if I'm floater and I have angelics at relay 1, the follower who is at relay 3 can cover relay 2 as well. Your team should ideally rebuff together at wherever angelics. As this confirms that you won't get locked out on buffs if you get angelics to spawn (RNG). Room is set like this

Consecrated Mind:
Simple encounter, these are the rolls to give to players.
Eyes 1, Motes 2 (Me)
Eyes 2, Motes 3 (Aegis)
Eyes 3, Motes 1 (Jon)
Player with the eyes 1 roll starts by following the boss and then shooting all 3 eyes. While doing this the person with the motes 1 roll kills minotaurs and heads to defend the relay. Eyes 1 player then goes to mid and kills 2 minotaurs, grabs motes, and then heads to the relay where the motes 1 player is sitting. Then person doing eyes 2 follows boss, destroys eyes, and then grabs motes to go dunk. While doing this the motes one person is follows the boss to do eyes 3. Head to damage, then rinse and repeat.
