The Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program (FFRP) is a nonprofit organization in California that trains and places formerly or currently incarcerated people within California's Conservation Camps, or other justice-impacted individuals, into gainful careers as wildland firefighters. Our mission is to increase the number of wildfire personnel from non-traditional and underrepresented communities.
