Since you enjoyed Spartak's (inst @massage_krd_020) massage technique just as much as I did, I decided to visit his massage place once again during my visit to Krasnodar. After a friendly talk, we procceded with the session that included healing oil back massage and chiropractic adjustments. In this video you can find neck cracking, back, shoulder, finger cracking etc. During the session Spartak is describing his actions. At the end of the video I left a comment on the session.
