Unfortunately, the concept of race or race identity has bled into nearly every aspect of our society in the most recent decades. Therefore in our series on Walt Disney, this topic of racism is inevitable and necessary. Being the most innovative and successful creator and artist of the 20th century, criticism is expected but the level of accusations against Disney (ranging from "anti-Semite", "racist", "misogynists", "transphobe", or what ever else you can conjure up in your imagination) is misleading and untrue.
Not only do we discuss these Walt Disney controversies but also dive deep into the tragic end to one of America's great heroes: how he dealt with his cancer diagnosis, the fears he had regarding the future of The Walt Disney Company, and the legacy of Disney's companies as a whole; arguing the state of EPCOT is the greatest example of the failure of the Disney Company to look after Walt's vision.
