The 29th Biennial Conference of the International Peace Research Association will open with a special ceremony led by First People representatives of Trinidad and Tobago. Opening remarks by local, regional, national and international leaders will include University of the West Indies scholars, government representatives, cultural performances, peace researchers, and youth.
