So your home will be featured this weekend as one of our open houses and you don't really know where to start preparing for potential buyers to come and view your property. Don't worry! We've got you covered! Here are 6 tips and tricks to get your home in tip-top shape for your Open House!

1. Have a great curb appeal.
-Remove cars from the driveway
-Rake up leaves and clean up after animals
-Sweep the front porch
-Add seasonal color with flowers on the front porch
-Pick up papers and trash cans
-Coil up hoses

2. Turn on all lights including accent lights and lamps
-Replace any burnt-out bulbs with new ones of the same color temperature

3. Declutter all counters, bathrooms, and furniture.
-Remove keys, computers and any garbage
-Pick up pillows and blankets and hang up jackets
-Pick up towels
-Take any valuables or prescription medications with you or lock them up
-Put any garbage cans in the pantry or garage

4. Remove personal photos

5. Clean, clean, clean!

6. Neutralize any odors and open up curtains to let natural light in
