Melt-in-Your-Mouth Eid Petit Four, One of the Best Eid Sweets 🎉
Ingredients:
In a mixer or by hand, beat 750 grams of room-temperature butter. Then, add 300 grams of powdered sugar and continue beating until you get a light, creamy mixture. Gradually add 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks, and a teaspoon of liquid vanilla. Next, add 1 kilogram of flour and a pinch of salt, and mix until the flour is just combined. Stop mixing as soon as the flour disappears. Divide the dough into two parts: one part remains white, and to the other, add 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of butter. Shape the petit four directly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the petit four for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them.
Tip: The nozzle used in the recipe is number B 6.
For Decoration:
200 grams of dark chocolate, to which you add a tablespoon of oil and melt it in a water bath.
200 grams of white chocolate, melted in a water bath without oil.
Nuts as desired, and chocolate sprinkles or colored sprinkles.
