Hi there! My name is Andy, I'm on the Homestead team and I wanted to update you on what is available at Homestead. We are getting a lot of questions and a lot of interest in our new section and I thought it'd be helpful to give you an overview on how to find out the information and how to get in touch with the builder teams and also just to summarize what's coming up. So as you may know we have a new collection of home sites opening early this year. Our builders at Homestead in the new section are Perry, they will be on the 65-foot lots. They are now accepting reservations. You'll need to get in touch with their on-site team. Matt is their salesperson. He is awesome and he will gladly speak with you so I'd encourage you to reach out to him directly to get more information on the new section and how to start your process there. Then we have a new builder at Homestead that we are welcoming, Chesmar Homes will be joining the Homestead builder group. They will also be on the 65-foot lots of Perry and they are coming soon so they're not quite selling just yet but make sure that you're signed up on our interest list and theirs to make sure you receive the latest information on availability and pricing. Then on the 55-foot lots we have Castle Rock communities, an existing builder at Homestead and they've done a great job so far in the community and we're really excited for them to begin selling at some point this year on the new collection. Their on-site team is Eric and they are also accepting reservations so I would certainly get in touch with Eric to start the process if you're interested there. Then if you're looking for a home, a move-in-ready home, possibly in spring or early summer, I would definitely reach out to Scott Felder. They have six remaining inventory homes at various stages of completion and their on-site team is Tara, she's great, so I would definitely reach out to her if you're interested in something available a little bit sooner.
