Help Investigators Identify Homicide Suspect
On October 11, 2020, 11:57 a.m., police officers were patrolling the Pennsylvania Avenue corridor of the Western District when they heard gunfire. Officers canvassed the area and discovered the victim, 27 year-old Lamont Clifton Randall in the 600 block of Cumberland Street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Mr. Randall was rushed to an area hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Homicide investigators located surveillance footage that captured video of the suspect. The suspect is an African American male, with a stocky build, wearing all grey clothing and light blue sneakers.
