Title: Understanding Apostille and Attestation of Documents in Pakistan
In this video, I explain the process of apostille and attestation of documents through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Islamabad. Here are the key steps:
1. **Matric and Intermediate Certificates**:
- First, get your matric and intermediate certificates adjusted by the relevant educational board.
- Then, have these certificates attested by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
2. **University Degree**:
- Ensure your university degree is attested by your university and the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- After completing these steps, you can have your documents attested by MOFA in just one day.
3. **Courier Services**:
- If you can't visit MOFA in person, you can also use courier services for document attestation.
4. **Apostille Service**:
- Apostille is a new service in Pakistan for legalizing documents, which was previously handled by embassies at a high cost (up to PKR 15,000).
- Now, you can book an appointment online, visit MOFA on the given date, and get your documents apostilled efficiently.
This video provides a comprehensive guide to streamline your document attestation process, saving you time and money. May Allah bless us and succeed us all.
