A year ago, eClinicalWorks leaned into AI in a big way. The company made a slew of announcements about incorporating AI into their cloud EHR. Everything from ambient clinical voice to no-show predictions to automated inbound fax management was showcased.

Fast forward 12 months and many provider practices have successfully adopted these modules with impressive results.

Healthcare IT Today had the chance to sit down with several eClinicalWorks customers including: Richard Eells from United Digestive, Dr. Seth Eaton from MedPeds, Kimberly Stahl from Maryland Endocrine, and Lalith Samaraweera from GuideWell to learn more about their AI journey and the impact it has had on their practices.
