BBQ Adobo Ribs or Chamorro BBQ Ribs 🇵🇭🇬🇺
Pork Adobo marinated ribs or Guamanian BBQ ribs. Call it what you want it’s the same ingredients but taste so damn good! 🍻🤙🏽
Smoked on the @nomadgrills indirect at 250 degrees for 2 hours, then seared over lump charcoal and Guava Strawberry wood chunks.
Ingredients
1 Rack Spareribs
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 head garlic cloves, smashed
1 Small onion, sliced
1/2 Brown sugar
1 tsp Chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp Black pepper
Combine all Ingredients together and marinate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
