Red heart scrubby sparkle yarn and a 5.5 mm hook.
Ch 4 then slip stitch into first ch.
10 dc into the circle
Ch 3 and into the same stitch 2 dc. 2 dc in each stitch all the way around. Slip stitch to close

Make two and put both together! I did this by using a single crochet all the way around. See in ends!
