🔶STEPS🔶
To insert a signature into a PDF document,
1. Open canva.com in your computer web browser.
2. From the top right side of the screen, click on "Create a design" and click on "Import file."
3. Select a PDF file from your device.
4. Find and click on it to open and add a digital signature.
5. You can add a signature using the draw tool, text signature, or by uploading from your device.
6. Click on this draw icon on the left side of the screen.
7. Now, choose the color and start drawing your signature.
This is how you can sign a document using the draw tool.
➥Upload From Computer/Mobile
1. Click on "Upload" from the left side of the screen.
2. From here, click on the "Upload files" button.
3. Now, select and upload your own design signature.
4. Once uploaded, drag and drop the signature where you want to place it.
➥Create From Text
If you don't have a digital signature, you can also create it here in Canva.
1. First click on "Text" on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on "Add a little bit of body text."
3. Place the text above the name and type the signature name.
4. Once you type the name, click the font name at the top of the screen.
5. In the search box, type "handwriting" and search.
6. This will display a list of handwriting-style fonts.
7. Scroll down and select a font that is suitable for your signature.
Look at the signature in your document. If you are satisfied with your signature, click on the Share button at the top right of the screen and select Download from the drop-down menu.
Now, select PDF under file type and click on the Download button.
By following these steps, you can easily insert or add a signature to your PDF document online for free.
