Heat Advisory in effect for all of Connecticut until 8pm Monday
We tied the record high of 95 at Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks Saturday afternoon. In this case, this heat wave is unrelenting, and will end up being an eight (8) day event, ending Tuesday evening.
The heat and high humidity will last through Tuesday/Wednesday before we get some relief. Think, Florida weather. Each day there will be a chance for a scattered shower or storm in the afternoon. But each day will be mainly dry and storms will be hit-or-miss.
