Today, I am going to give you a secret that no one knows. And my secret is just for you 🤭. I want to share how to make bubly ayran and cacık. In Turkish kitchen we love them a lot. Ayran is my favourite drink when I have lunch or dinner. It can totaly substitute for fizzy drinks. And cacık, flavor of garlich which comes from background really astonish you. Please share your ideas with community !
Ingredients ;
For Ayran:
6 Tablespoon of yogurt
200 mL of water
1 Pinch of salt
For Cacık:
6 Tablespoon of yogurt
2 Cucumbers
100 mL of water
2 Cloves of garlic
1 Pinch of salt
Recipe:
To make ayran add water to yogurt. Then add salt and stir. If you want to have bubbles like me please use a blender with same apparatus. Keep it in touch with air and you will see bubbles in seconds. Ayran is kind of fluid but you can dilute as your taste.
Cacık is also similar. Cut the cucembers. Add water to yogurt. Cacık is denser than ayran. Even in some recipes people don't use water. It can be used as appetizer also. Add smashed garlic and salt. Stir them well. Drink both of them cool. Bon appetit!
