RECOMMENDATIONS:
📌 If the Silhouette Library shows for you - check the Working Offline option and stay there. Direct download files as needed.

📌 If the Silhouette Library shows for you mostly with some files showing Download Failed - turn to Working Offline and continue working.
📌 If the Silhouette Library is showing as mostly Download failed, constant syncing, cannot connect, cannot log in, too many devices, etc. - contact Silhouette Support.

Be as detailed as you can in your request and provide photos so they will hopefully understand what your specific issue is.
📌 If you have Account issues, such as cannot log in, cannot reset your password, etc. - contact Silhouette Support - they are the only ones that can access your account.

📌If you need your files from your library or your user designs and your library was at one time synced to the computer you are using - you can try this - [ Ссылка ]
Read and follow the instructions.
DO NOT import the files back into the library.
📌 If you encounter a website error or under construction message on the Silhouette Design Store or Silhouette America website, everyone is probably encountering the same thing.
Test it by accessing on another device or web browser. If you get the same thing, it's down. It has been working and off and when it's down, it's down for all.
📌 Set up outside storage for your files for the future. If you have a system in place - great! If not, now is the time to create one. I use an external hard drive and a 2nd one to backup my files. Nothing is 100% safe, so make sure to create backups too.
