I'll tell you right now Rodan and Fields is a legit business. I work with several reps in the industry and they love the products and the oppurtunity to work from home. The company pays on time and the products are helping people all over the world.

The problem with Rodan and Fields comes not with the business or the products or the comp plan but rather how to build the business.

It is the same with any network marketing business. Once they hook you and you sign up they turn around and tell you to go and make a list of 100 family and friends and start pitching them.

Well if you are like me then the last thing you want to do is pitch your family and friends.

You don't want to be that guy or gal at the party that everyone sees come in and gets scared that you are their to sell them something.

Their was a guy who lived down the street from me and I literally avoided walking my dog in his direction because he always was pithcing me on the latest and greatest. hahaa.

I commend the effort but it wasn't for me.

So I decided to learn marketing. Really learn how to drive traffic, generate leads and get conversions all leveraging the internet.
