Kingdra becomes one THE strongest Pokemon after just 1 turn of set up.
The mechanic states that Critical Hits ignore the Attackers stat drops and the Targets stat boosts, meaning Draco Meteor's stat drop doesn't apply.
Coupled with Sniper and a 100% Crit rate, Kingdra becomes a force to be reckoned with.
Those are some nice Pokegenned shinies you have there.
