To make this hot cheesecake you will need:
45g Digestives (or any biscuit)
20g Melted Butter
1 Large Egg, Eeparated
115g Full-fat Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
To Serve
Fresh Raspberries
Chopped Chocolate
