टीएमसी (TMC) नेता अभिषेक बनर्जी को स्कूली शिक्षक भर्ती घोटाले की जांच के सिलसिले में शनिवार को सीबीआई के कोलकाता स्थित कार्यालय में पहुंचे। इससे पहले अभिषेक बनर्जी ने बाकुंड़ा में शुक्रवार को एक रैली में कहा था कि मैं सीबीआई को चुनौती देता हूं कि यदि उनके पास मेरे खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार का कोई सबूत है तो वह मुझे गिरफ्तार करें।

TMC के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव अभिषेक बनर्जी शनिवार को कोलकाता में CBI कार्यालय पुहंचे। CBI ने कुंतल घोष पत्र मामले में पूछताछ के लिए उन्हें समन भेजा था। इस बीच TMC के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव और सांसद अभिषेक बनर्जी कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय के उस आदेश को चुनौती देने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख करेंगे, जिसमें ED और CBI को कुंतल घोष पत्र मामले में उनसे पूछताछ करने की अनुमति दी गई थी।
