Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 ½ T. yeast
1 t. salt
1 ½ t. sugar
1 ¼ c. warm water
In a medium bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Pour in warm water. Mix until all the water in incorporated. Cover with a clean dish towel. Allow to rise for at least 10 minutes in a warm place.
