The flat has been designed aesthetically, keeping in stance the functional aspect of all spaces,blending it with the needs of all the family members. It is a 3-bedroom spacious flat with demarcated spaces for a drawing room, dining room and bedrooms for the family.
The Entrance to the flat has been highlighted upon, with handmade work with a PU matt finish for the Entrance door, soft muted lights in shape of a floor lamp, soft shaded wallpaper. Glossy laminates have been used to cover miscellaneous paraphernalia The cabinet placed outside is
used for multifarious items.
The Foyer area has been highlighted with a mirror, an aesthetically designed wooden table piece, to display decorative items.
The Drawing room towers to an imposing 22 ft, with big glass sliding panels. Textured, and coloured wall papers, with beige coloured curtains, with mustard upholstery in contrast, an onyx table top as centre table, décor items showcasing the side walls and bright coloured cushions.
TV panel in glossy laminate, and solid teak with veneer for bar unit has been used for this space.
The Bar unit has been designed in harmony with the requisites of the family. The ceiling is suspended with a spiral shaped chandelier, which is visually appealing. The Dining Room is adorned with a six-seater Dining table with an Onyx tabletop, upholstered high back teak wood chairs; if further adds aesthetic appeal to the fireplace made from HDMR
and PU paint finish. The side wall has reflective bevelled glass which adds dimension and beauty to the space. The curtains chosen adds privacy to the multi-functional space. Ceiling has a rectangle shaped pendant light, which adds beauty to the space. The wall space connecting Corridor area to Dining space is highlighted with MDF panels, with PU paint for matt finishes.
The open Kitchen has a double door fridge, with modular Hettich fittings and glossy acrylic sheets for cabinets, is used for multifarious storage. The kitchen is separately demarcated with an attached utility room and multi-purpose balcony.
The Master Bedroom has floor to ceiling wardrobes, with high soft headrest for bed, with hydraulic fittings, TV panel, highlighter chair, soothing-coloured curtains. Glossy acrylic sheets have been used for the wardrobes. Wooden flooring used adds visual appeal. Pendant lights,
cove lighting with a pop crafted ceiling with wooden rafters is artistic to the eye.
The Guest Bedroom has high soft headrest for bed with hydraulic fittings with side tables and soft hued lamps, wallpaper on highlighter wall, TV panel, highlighter chair, bright coloured curtains. Glossy acrylic sheets have been used for the wardrobes. Wooden flooring used adds
visual appeal. Cove lighting with a pop crafted ceiling with wooden rafters is artistic to the eye.
Children’s Bedroom has been amalgamated with glossy laminates for wardrobes and study desk; bright coloured aquamarine blue and white has been chosen to add brightness and cheerfulness to the children’s bedroom. Wardrobes and study desk has been designed for multi-
functional usage of space. The Lighting is a blend of yellow and white lights, in accordance with the mood and ambience.
The Temple area in form of a beautiful marble mandir has been designated in accordance with Vaastu direction. Overall ambience radiates warmth, luxury, beautiful blend of colours, functional
and aesthetically appealing designs.
