In this video I teach you a simple progression for mastering double unders. Double Under are a skill that requires timing, rhythm, and coordination. The key is to relax the shoulders and learn to jump in cadence with the speed of the rope. After watching this video you will have some key drills to help you master your Double Unders in no time!
