The Latin or Roman cross has been a symbol of Christianity for over 2000 years. Most Christian churches display crosses to remind them of the passion of their Lord to die for them. Throughout the centuries Christians have made beautiful, perfect crosses to add beauty to churches and worship areas. Most of the crosses that I have seen are not very realistic. In this video, I build what I believe is an authentic looking cross similar to the one Jesus was crucified on some 2000 years ago. It is made out of cedar planks. It is not solid, but it is strong and light weight even though it is almost the right size. I have Amazon affiliate links for the papyrus paper, crown of thorns, and authentic spikes.
